1. Returns
You can return items within 14 days of purchase (or delivery date for online orders), as long as they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).
3. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
4. How to Return
In-store returns:
- Bring your item(s) and receipt to any DNK store within 14 days.
Online returns:
- Email us at info@dnkstyle.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide return instructions and shipping address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll resolve the issue quickly at no extra cost to you.
